Biochemist and Food Technologist, with a Master’s degree in food technology and a postgraduate program in Big Data & Business Analytics, with more than 20 years of professional experience, as head of technological surveillance and strategic intelligence and also as a researcher and manager of R&D&I projects at regional, national and European level.
Since 2021, in charge of Digital Innovation, mainly coordinating the European Digital Innovation Hub of Navarra, IRIS EDIH.
