I am a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in industrial processes, design, and project management. My career progression spans roles from Auxiliary Process Engineer applying LEAN methods, to Applications Engineering Manager, Operations Director, and currently Head of Process Design & R&D, leading teams and projects in custom machinery, recycling, and pharmaceutical industries. My education includes Mechanical Engineering, industrial automation, and an ongoing Executive MBA.
