Josep Maria Guillén Pujol, Director of Production at GEDIA España, has over 26 years of experience in the automotive industry. An engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, he has been leading production at the Santa Margarida i els Monjos plant since 2016. His focus on Industry 4.0 has been key to process digitalization and the implementation of a digital Management Shop System, optimizing efficiency and decision-making.
